We are seeking a full-time experienced, high energy, self-motivated Parts and Inventory Specialist to join our team. This is a position that requires a highly motivated, highly organized, self-starter, and energetic individual. Main Responsibility/Duties Include:

  • Identifying, locating, sourcing, and ordering parts for technicians
  • Negotiating with vendors on stocking, pricing, and discount programs
  • Handle over the counter sales with both walk-in and over the phone parts customers / sales
  • Create purchase orders and match with packing slip and invoice
  • Work collectively with Service Coordinator on parts status (arrivals)
  • Continue to organize, maintain, and control on-site inventory
  • Update Inventory / Scan incoming inventory 
  • Update pricing in Quickbooks
  • Stock Company vans with inventory 
  • Track RA 
  • Portray outstanding communication and organization skills

Required Skills:

  • Prior experience working in the marine industry is helpful
  • Some college preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced experience working with QuickBooks (not negotiable)
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team
  • Able to work in a fast paced, service-oriented environment
  • Multi tasker who’s able to deal with time sensitive situations
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Quickbooks a must
