• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each patient’s unique mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that prioritize patient-driven goals and therapeutic outcomes.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions through one-on-one video sessions, ensuring a safe and confidential environment.
• Record and maintain accurate clinical documentation according to ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to contribute to program improvement initiatives and share best practices.
• Build and sustain trusting therapeutic relationships with clients to foster engagement and promote positive prognosis.

The clients you will work with include adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and life transitions. You will utilize a client-centered approach, focusing on empowering individuals to achieve personal growth and resilience. By understanding their unique contexts, you will guide them through strategies that facilitate healing and coping mechanisms.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• Valid licensure in California as a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC), licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health counseling capacity, providing a solid foundation for your practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and the ability to foster supportive therapeutic rapport.
• Proficiency in delivering customized treatment interventions that meet the diverse needs of clients.

Experience working in a telehealth environment is highly desirable, as it requires proficiency in navigating digital communication tools and adapting traditional therapeutic techniques for online delivery. Additionally, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will enhance your efficiency in maintaining clinical documentation.
