This strategic role is leading the technology roadmap definition and technology development and integration to product development for WSD's propritetary in-house FBAR technology as well as other active device and packaging technologies. This role focuses on maintaining a pace of relentless innovation, multiplying the benefits of new ideas and capabilities, leveraging synergies of new technology and design capabilities to more and more rapidly improve the state of the art and develop compelling products.The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated energetic leader with deep technical capabilities in BAW filters and other acoustic filter technologies as well as deep understanding of companion technolgies including transistors in any material system, RF signal integrity and packaging. The successfull candidate will be able to integrate product design challenges into the direction of technology development and participate in future-looking design architecture studies to help define and support strategic business directions.Finally, the candidate should be able to earn the respect and loyalty of both the team under him/her as well as the other cross-functional teams by their demonstration of capability, dedication and commitment to the success of the division.Minimum of 18 years of overall experience of which a minimum of 6 years is in management **Compensation and Benefits** The annual base salary range for this position is USD 197,500.00 To USD 316,000.00 As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
