Job description

About the Role:

The Director, Advanced Data & Measurement Solutions will define and execute Tubi's long-term strategy for advanced measurement, attribution, and outcomes intelligence. This leader will transform measurement from a campaign-by-campaign reporting function into a scalable business capability that enables experimentation, optimization, continuous learning, and revenue growth.

This role serves as the strategic business leader for measurement and outcomes capabilities by defining strategic priorities, methodologies, attribution strategy, partner ecosystem, commercialization, and cross-functional initiatives while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Privacy, and Sales to bring new capabilities to market.

Working across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Measurement, and Commercial teams, this leader will help shape Tubi's evolution toward an interoperable Outcomes Intelligence Platform by identifying the capabilities Tubi should uniquely own, guiding strategic platform investments, integrating best-in-class partner solutions, and enabling scalable products that help advertisers measure, optimize, and improve business outcomes.

This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City office. You must be willing to travel to our New York City office four days/week.

What You'll Do:

Measurement Strategy & Outcomes Intelligence
  • Develop and lead Tubi's long-term strategy for advanced measurement and outcomes intelligence.
  • Define the strategic vision for experimentation, outcome measurement, optimization, and continuous learning.
  • Identify the capabilities Tubi should build versus partner for, ensuring investments align with long-term competitive differentiation.
  • Champion measurement as a strategic revenue enabler that drives advertiser value and business growth.
Attribution Science for Tubi Platform Audiences, Optimization & Measurement
  • Define business requirements and strategic priorities for attribution capabilities that connect Tubi exposure to behavioral outcomes.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to support the development of attribution models that power first-party audience creation, campaign optimization, platform optimization, and measurement products.
  • Prioritize attribution initiatives based on advertiser demand, commercial opportunity, technical feasibility, and long-term strategic value.
  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing to define, execute, and evaluate pilot programs and beta launches for new attribution-driven capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to operationalize attribution insights across audience products, optimization workflows, and advertiser reporting.
Cross-Functional Platform Leadership
  • Serve as the primary Measurement stakeholder partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing on the Outcomes Intelligence Platform roadmap.
  • Translate business priorities, advertiser needs, and measurement methodologies into clear business requirements.
  • Influence platform priorities while respecting Product ownership of product strategy and Engineering ownership of technical implementation.
  • Partner with Data Science to evolve experimentation methodologies, attribution frameworks, optimization models, benchmarking, and predictive insights.
  • Collaborate with Privacy and Legal to ensure measurement capabilities are interoperable, privacy-safe, and aligned with evolving industry standards.
Scale Outcomes Commercialization
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Client Solutions to bring new measurement capabilities to market and accelerate adoption.
  • Support strategic advertiser and agency engagements by articulating Tubi's outcomes intelligence strategy and measurement capabilities.
  • Partner with Measurement and Data Partnerships leadership to evaluate, prioritize, and onboard strategic measurement, identity, commerce, and attribution partners.
  • Develop commercialization strategies that make measurement easier to buy, easier to operationalize, and easier to scale.
  • Establish best practices, enablement materials, and strategic narratives that position Tubi as a leader in outcomes intelligence.

Your Background:

  • 10+ years in advertising measurement, media analytics, ad technology, data strategy, or outcomes measurement.
