    Advanced Radiology is one of the largest independent radiology practices in the tri-state area with the most experienced radiologists. We are looking for a Women's Imaging Manager to join our team. The pay range for this role will depend on experience and qualifications.


    Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm


    Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, this position supervises the radiology activities, personnel, and resource management of a diagnostic imaging office in accordance with Advanced Radiology's established policies and procedures.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Develops and determines office procedures, assigns and schedules work, and expedites flow of patients.
    • Assists in the training, developing, monitoring and evaluating of staff.
    • Assists staff in the interpretation and implementation of orders to ensure that referrals are carried out within the framework of accepted policies.
    • Manages radiology activities through the coordination of resources to facilitate optimal patient care. Assures that services are provided in accordance with policies and procedures.
    • Ensures that equipment is properly maintained and repairs are attended to promptly.
    • Coordinates procurement of all necessary supplies.
    • Identifies, investigates, and assists in problem solving, associated with radiology service delivery.
    • Provides direct services and works any role they are qualified to perform as necessary to maintain departmental operations.
    • Assists in the management of resources by developing cost containment strategies and monitoring systems.
    • Directly supervises, monitors, trains, coaches, disciplines and performs 6 month and yearly reviews for all staff.
    • Works in conjunction with practice liaisons to coordinate and facilitate proper communication of activities in their departments.
    • Develop and maintain adherence to budgeted plans and adjust as needed based on variances.
    • Facilitate compliance with all federal, state, legal and regulatory requirements across the organization and remain current on all such requirements.
    • Responsible for coordinating operational activities with privacy implications, monitoring the organization's patient services, accounts and computer systems to assure meaningful privacy practices and adherence to corporate privacy policy.
    • Collaborate with management to identify risk areas and coordinate/tracking the completion of reports and identified correction action plans.
    • Collaborate with other functional areas to modify processes to address potential opportunities and workflow improvements.



    Supervisory Responsibilities:


    Directly supervises the employees in the clinical site. Carries out supervisor responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


    • Knowledge of management principles and practices; strong business management skills.
    • Experience in the radiology industry preferred.
    • Knowledge of FDA, ACR, MQSA regulatory standards.
    • Must have flexibility to monitor all shifts on site.


    Educational Requirements:


    • College degree preferred
    • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
    • 5 years or more of supervisor experience in a health care setting.
