Position Details:
- Monday - Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 day work week
- Weekly schedule will be a mix of OR time, clinic time, and inpatient coverage
- The clinic is on the hospital campus and is attached to the main hospital to easily access the OR and the inpatient floors from the outpatient clinic and provider office.
- After hours clinic call required, which consists of phone call only with no obligation to come onsite after hours if a call is received.
- EPIC EMR in both the inpatient and outpatient setting
Position Requirements:
- Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start
- Board Certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant
*Please note, any APRN considered for the position must have a First Assist Certification.
- Experience in general surgery or another surgical field is preferred, but experience in other specialties will be considered.
Compensation & Benefits Package:
Base Salary: $142,991 with bonus earning potential

Education Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred.
Experience Qualifications
- Experience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
- Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required.
- Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or
- Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred.
- Controlled Substance license in state of practice is preferred.
- Federal DEA license is preferred.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
