Job description

Robotics is transforming how products are manufactured and fulfilled through investments in robotics, advanced manufacturing, and next-generation technologies. The Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics (FTR) Accounting team is looking for a Senior Accountant to help build the accounting processes and systems that support these growing businesses.
This role offers exposure well beyond a traditional accounting position. You'll work directly with Finance, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Product, Tax, and Technology teams as new products, manufacturing capabilities, and systems are developed

You'll help solve new accounting questions, build scalable processes, and influence how accounting requirements are incorporated into business and system design.
Key job responsibilities
* Own accounting for manufacturing and emerging FTR business initiatives, including inventory, fixed assets, capitalization, and other complex transactions.
* Partner with Finance, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Product, Tax, and Technology teams to develop accounting solutions as new products and business models are launched.
* Research technical accounting questions and translate U.S. GAAP requirements into practical, scalable business processes.
* Support ERP implementations and finance transformation initiatives, including requirements, testing, controls, and deployment.
* Identify opportunities to automate and simplify accounting processes, improve reporting, and strengthen financial controls.
* Support month-end and quarter-end reporting while helping the organization identify and resolve accounting risks as the business grows.
