Position Summary: Performs advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience and skilled knowledge of organization policies and practices for the Senior Director.

Essential Functions
โ€ข Answers phone calls, routes callers, takes messages and resolves routine and some complex inquiries.
โ€ข Screens calls and visitors.
โ€ข Operates copy machine and fax machine.
โ€ข Distributes incoming mail.
โ€ข Orders supplies.
โ€ข Establishes and maintains files and records on an ongoing basis.
โ€ข Conducts research, data collection, and some analysis of information.
โ€ข Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments.
โ€ข Organizes meetings including distributing materials, arranging of refreshments, transcribing minutes and makes travel
arrangements if necessary.
โ€ข Works independently on special projects.
โ€ข Composes and types routine and non-routine correspondence, reports, special projects, technical papers, etc.
โ€ข Creates, prepares and coordinates presentations, including charts, graphs, etc.
โ€ข Creates and maintains databases and spreadsheets.
โ€ข May assist in preparing and/or monitoring budget.
โ€ข Performs routine problem solving.
โ€ข Works with sensitive employee information and confidential organization information.
โ€ข Interacts professionally with all levels of management.
โ€ข Significant employee contact and customer service.
โ€ข May provide work direction to other clerical personnel within the department.
โ€ข Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state
and local standards.
