Job description

Advanced Health Institute is seeking a Part-time and/or Full-time Doctor of Podiatry Medicine (DPM) to join our growing practice and team.
Candidates will be applying to provide primary and diabetic foot care to residents in long-term care and assisted living facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Administering patient care as dictated by patient need, or as requested by nursing staff
  • Maintaining patient records and charts according to company policy.
  • Completing all assigned tasks while adhering to company policies, procedures, processes, and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS
  • A qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate skills in interpersonal communication, organization, and leadership, as well as competence and experience working with geriatrics.
  • A valid and unrestricted current license as a Podiatrist in the State of Minnesota required.
  • A verified degree from a school or college of podiatric medicine.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with EMR.
  • Must be physically able to work hours required and drive to multiple locations daily.
  • Ability to function independently and work well with an assistant.
