The Account Manager is the face of Impact Service Group for their assigned clients. They own a full client account inclusive of service quality and growth. They are accountable for the financial and operational health of their accounts.


Summary.

This position is part of the overall HVAC team and is responsible for (1) qualifying vendor proposals, including scope and price, (2) drafting client proposals, and assisting in the daily operations of the team, (3) managing Assistants and their scope of duties. This position requires extensive technical HVAC knowledge, attention to detail, and a cooperative approach with vendors and internal personnel


Job Responsibilities.

  • Oversee a team of assistants to properly manage the day-to-day operations per client.
  • Meet with clients weekly for reports and updates.
  • Provides technical support to HVAC technicians.
  • Obtain manufacturer proposals or purchase HVAC materials as needed.
  • Ensure work order completion.
  • Quote new services.
  • Assigns vendors.
  • Dispatches technicians timely.
  • Ensures resolution to client issues.
  • Evaluates and reconciles invoices.
  • After-hours/weekend availability for on-call help.
  • Other duties as required or assigned.
