Job description

General Dentist Opportunity - Branson, MO
(Full-Time | Advanced Clinical Focus | Premier FFS Practice | Partnership Opportunity | Large Private Group Practice)
Are you a driven General Dentist ready to elevate your skills and practice in a highly productive, full-scope clinical environment?
We're seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our well-established, doctor-led private group dental office in Branson, Missouri-a high-demand, high-opportunity setting where advanced clinical dentistry is the standard.
This is not a basic restorative position. We are looking for a confident, growth-minded dentist who either already excels in or is ready to commit to mastering four core clinical pillars:
• Advanced Restorative Dentistry
• Advanced Endodontics, including mandibular molar cases
• Advanced Surgery, including safe, straightforward surgical extractions of impacted thirds
• Implant Dentistry, including straightforward single-unit placement
If you're not proficient in all four yet, that's okay-but you must have a clear plan in place to become proficient within 12 months. We will support you in getting there.
Why This Practice?
You'll be stepping into a modern, high-volume, extremely well-supported practice with:
  • 7,229 active patients (12-month avg)
  • $427,509 average monthly doctor collections
  • 1,645 monthly patient visits
  • 113 new patients per month
  • 11 hygienists, with 6-8 scheduled daily
  • A dedicated assistant team for every doctor (1 EFTA + 1 DA)
  • 16 operatories upstairs; dentures and removable prosthetics handled by a dedicated team downstairs
  • Strong internal referrals, assisted hygiene, and 99% collections realization rate

Schedule & Position Details
  • Full-Time Only
  • Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Compensation & Support
  • 30% of Net Collections (99% RCM efficiency)
  • $700 Daily Guarantee for first 90 days
  • No lab or supply fees or adjustments
  • Annual CE stipend of $1,200
  • Malpractice insurance covered

Flexible Employment Options:
  • W-2 Employee
  • 1099 Independent Contractor
  • "Service Member" model (1099 with access to benefits)

Partnership Opportunity (Major Upside)
Partnership is immediately on the table for the right doctor.
  • Current doctors collectively own less than 10% of the practice
  • Up to 39% equity is available for purchase
  • Clear pathway to meaningful ownership in a highly productive, established office

This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-performing practice with real equity upside-not just production income.
Technology & Resources
  • CBCT (on-site)
  • CEREC
  • Intraoral Scanners
  • Digital X-rays and Panoramic Imaging
  • Rotary Endodontics
  • Surgical instrumentation for extractions and implant placement
  • Dedicated removable prosthodontics team for denture support

Why Branson, MO?
Branson offers an unbeatable combination of scenic beauty, affordable living, and strong patient demand. From Table Rock Lake to a thriving tourism-driven economy, this is a market where dentists stay busy and build long-term success.
Whether you're looking to escape the city grind or build toward ownership in a growing, high-demand region-Branson delivers.
Who We're Looking For
A strong candidate will:
  • Be licensed (or eligible) in Missouri
  • Have proficiency in-or a 12-month plan to become proficient in-each of the following:
    • Advanced restorative dentistry
    • Mandibular molar endodontics
    • Surgical extractions of impacted thirds
    • Single-unit implant placement
  • Be committed to clinical excellence and long-term professional development
  • Thrive in a busy, well-supported private group setting

Ready to Take the Next Step?
If you're ready to practice advanced, comprehensive dentistry in a collaborative, high-production environment-and want a clear path to meaningful ownership-we'd love to connect.
