As a Warehouse Associate, you'll process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs, ensuring satisfaction. Use your customer service skills and problem-solving abilities to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
What You'll Do
• Safely operate forklifts and manage material handling
• Maintain accurate inventory records and label shipments properly
• Stage, load, unload, and conduct physical inventory counts
• Follow safety and quality standards, including FIFO procedures
• Handle LTL & FTL shipments while reporting discrepancies
• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns
• Communicate effectively to support customer service and operations
• Accurately process orders and maintain detailed customer files
• Manage time efficiently to ensure productivity and satisfaction
• Collaborate across departments for smooth workflow and success
