Critical Care Registered Nurse (ICU RN)

Role: Critical Care Registered Nurse (ICU RN) Primary Location: Miami, FL Additional Locations (Outpatient Clinics): Hollywood, FL 33024 Deerfield, FL 33442 Tamarac, FL 33351 Homestead, FL 33030

Job Description: We are seeking experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses (ICU RNs) to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ICU consists of three units with 36 beds, dedicated to surgical, medical, and cardiac patients requiring advanced monitoring and intervention. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients, including those requiring isolation or COVID-19 treatment. Perform advanced critical care procedures, including: Arterial line, hemodynamic, and central line monitoring. Mechanical ventilation management and ECG interpretation. Administration of vasoactive medications and thrombolytic therapy. Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), Intra-Atrial Balloon Pump (IABP), and post-anesthesia recovery care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans. Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). Respond effectively to medical emergencies.

Requirements Licensure: Current, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA certified. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – AHA certified. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience, proficient in critical care procedures.

Schedule: 40-hour work week with flexible 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, including day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Benefits Compensation Details: Total Weekly Gross Package: $2,527.00 Taxable Per Hour: $33.22 Overtime Per Hour (Taxable): $49.83 Hourly Fringe/Company Benefits (Non-Taxable): $4.93/hour ($197.20/week) Benefits: Comprehensive Health Insurance, Dental, and Vision Coverage.
