Job Description:

Registered Nurse needed for ICU with responsibilities including advanced care and monitoring of critical patients. The position requires oversight of ventilators, managing Alaris IV pumps, and working within a Meditech documentation system. Self scheduling with manager oversight is required, along with weekend shifts. Floating to Med-Surg or ED may be necessary based on staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care for patients in ICU
  • Management of ventilators and IV drips
  • Perform intubation, central line, and arterial line insertions

Requirements:

  • ICU experience (2 years)
  • Teamwork skills
  • Advanced skills in ventilator use, IV drip titration, and arterial line management
