Position Overview
We are seeking a forward-thinking Director, People & Culture Advanced Analytics to serve as the lead data scientist for HR. This role will build and scale a modern people analytics function-from foundational organizational health dashboards to advanced predictive analytics-enabling data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
This leader will transform how People & Culture delivers insights: shifting from static reports and spreadsheets to dynamic, real-time dashboards with actionable intelligence and democratization of people insights for the organization.

What You'll Do:
What You'll Bring to Zelis:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD in Data Science, Human Resource, Statistics, or related field preferred
12-15+ years of experience in people analytics, data science, or advanced analytics; HR experience required
Proven experience building predictive models and translating insights into business impact
Strong expertise in data visualization tools, with Sigma experience preferred
Experience integrating and analyzing data across multiple enterprise systems
Demonstrated ability to lead transformation from manual reporting to automated, scalable analytics solutions
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Location and Workplace Flexibility
We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India. We foster a hybrid and remote friendly culture, and all our employee's work locations are based on the needs of the position and determined by the Leadership team. In-office work and activities, if applicable, vary based on the work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.
Base Salary Range
$153,000.00 - $193,800.00
At Zelis we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages. The base salary range allows us to make an offer that considers multiple individualized factors, including experience, education, qualifications, as well as job-related and industry-related knowledge and skills, etc. Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonus plans, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.
