Available Shifts:
We are currently offering a variety of full-time 4-day 10-hour shift work week scheduling options, including:
South Fulton/Clayton area shifts:
  • Sunday to Wednesday 8a to 4p (FT 40 hrs)
  • Wednesday to Saturday 2p to 12a (Ft 40 hrs)
  • Sunday to Wednesday 4a to 2p (FT 40 hrs)

  • Monday to Friday 12p-10p (FT 40 hrs)

Pay Rate:
Qualified RBT or Field care consultant applicants (start at $18.00 an hour)
Qualified CPS applicants (start at $19.00 an hour)
Mission/Role: Serves as second responder providing community-based, face-to-face, rapid response to children and adults with behavioral health conditions, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in an active state of crisis. This service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. MCRS is provided in community settings including, but not limited to: homes, residential settings, other treatment/support settings, schools, hospital emergency departments, jails, and social service settings.

Qualifications
Education:
  • Georgia CPS certification or RBT certification preferred.
  • High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working with consumers with mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.
General Work Competencies: Communication, Quality of Work, Productivity, Teamwork. Must be computer literate and proficient.
Position Specific Competencies: Adaptability, Attention to Detail, Conflict Management, Customer Focus, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Intelligence, Prioritization/Time Management, Result Orientation, Bi-lingual preferred.
Working Conditions: This job requires employees to respond to mobile dispatches throughout the shift, via their own personal vehicle. The position requires frequent in person interaction. The ability to stand, walk, drive, speak and move freely (including navigating stairs) are required. You must be able to drive at any time of day or night, and do so safely and without restriction for length, duration or condition of the drive. At times, driving in heavy traffic or other adverse weather conditions may be required. The position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers - including virtual meeting software and various communications applications and smart phones. Bending, lifting, and manipulating objects up to 25 lbs. may be occasionally required. Ability to drive, stand, or walk for up to 8+ hours a day outdoors is required.
