  • Develop and maintain management documentation, including performance status reports, action-item trackers, risk and issue logs, schedules, staffing records, and other required contract management artifacts.
  • Identify performance deficiencies and emerging risks, develop and coordinate corrective actions, and promptly communicate significant issues, impacts, and recommendations to Government stakeholders.
  • Support contract quality management and ensure services and deliverables consistently meet Government performance standards.
  • Support transition-in activities to ensure required personnel are onboarded and operational within the Government's 30-calendar-day transition period.
  • Maintain workforce continuity and coordinate timely replacement of personnel to minimize disruption to the Government mission.
  • Ensure Contractor activities remain consistent with the non-personal services nature of the contract and that Contractor personnel do not perform inherently governmental functions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Government information protection, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), ethics, identification, physical security, and Operations Security (OPSEC) requirements.
