• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health status and create personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to effectively address complex mental health issues.
• Engage clients in goal-setting discussions, helping them to articulate their aspirations and track their progress throughout the therapeutic journey.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team during regular case consultations to enhance care strategies and share insights that will benefit client outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of the latest practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment.

Your primary focus will be working with adults who may present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. Our clients come from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, and you will be instrumental in creating an accepting atmosphere that fosters trust and growth. Understanding each client's unique circumstances and tailoring your approach will be critical in their therapeutic progress.

• A current and valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state of California.
• Proven experience in providing therapy to adult populations, demonstrating a strong track record of successful outcomes.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport, establishing a therapeutic alliance with clients.
• In-depth knowledge of a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to implementing best practices in care.

• Strong collaboration skills, with the capability to work well within a multidisciplinary team framework.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience working in mental health services, particularly within a community health setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth best practices and experience utilizing telehealth platforms.
• Experience in case management and familiarity with healthcare systems will be advantageous.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
