What is an adtech counsel?

Adtech Counsel are legal professionals who specialize in advising companies on legal matters related to advertising technology (adtech). Their role involves ensuring compliance with privacy laws, reviewing advertising contracts, and providing guidance on the use of data in digital advertising. They help organizations navigate complex regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and industry-specific standards to minimize legal risks. Adtech Counsel also work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure business practices align with legal requirements in the rapidly evolving adtech landscape.
