Impact Scale LLC is seeking a data-driven, conversion-obsessed Performance Marketing – Google Ads Media Buyer to join our powerhouse paid media team. In this role, you will take complete ownership of building, launching, managing, and aggressively scaling paid search infrastructure across multiple verticals. This is not a passive, brand-awareness management role—it is a pure, high-volume direct-response position. You will manage meaningful monthly advertising budgets, optimize strictly toward profitability, and leverage deep data sets to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on ad spend. Working cross-functionally with frontend developers and creative designers, you will act as a key driver of scalable customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Funnel Campaign Architecture Management

  • Multi-Channel Media Deployment: Build, launch, and manage advanced Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max (PMax), YouTube, and other direct-response placements.

  • Structural Strategy: Develop high-yielding campaign structures, strategic keyword match layouts, target audience layering, smart bidding configurations, and automated budget allocations.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct exhaustive keyword research, real-time competitor analysis, and vertical market research to discover untapped acquisition angles.

  • Audience Engineering: Build and manage high-intent remarketing audiences, first-party customer lists, demographic exclusions, and precise geographic targeting parameters.

Creative Optimization Conversion Engineering

  • Ad Copy Execution: Write, test, and optimize high-converting ad copy, headlines, asset descriptions, ad extensions, and overarching creative hooks.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Partner closely with developers, designers, and product teams to refine landing page messaging and improve user conversion journeys.

  • Performance Diagnostics: Monitor campaign health, pacing, lead value, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Quality Score, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to maximize baseline margin.

  • Platform Governance: Maintain pristine account health, navigate platform compliance audits, and resolve disapprovals or policy suspensions instantly.

  • Executive Briefings: Prepare regular, transparent performance dashboards using Looker Studio to provide executive leadership with clear insights, trend data, and scaling blueprints.

Qualifications Skills

  • Experience Level: 2+ years of professional experience directly managing Google Ads campaigns inside a performance marketing, lead generation, agency, or direct-response environment.

  • Budget Tracking: Proven track record managing meaningful monthly advertising budgets and scaling profitable digital media campaigns.
