  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns across search, social, retargeting, and display channels to improve performance and business impact.

  • Oversee SEO strategies, including technical SEO, content optimization, and AI-search visibility, to enhance discoverability and organic traffic.

Job description

Who We Are

Geoforce is the world’s leading Field Asset Intelligence provider, on a mission to connect the world’s equipment.

Since 2007, we have helped organizations network the rugged, remote, mobile, and often disconnected equipment their businesses depend on. Fleet Management solutions were built around drivers and driver workflows. Field Asset Intelligence is built around equipment. By connecting revenue-critical equipment and turning its activity into actionable intelligence, Geoforce helps customers improve utilization, efficiency, agility, and competitive advantage.

  • Lead paid digital programs across search, social, retargeting, display, and other relevant channels, with accountability for budget efficiency and business impact.

  • Partner with Campaign Architects to translate campaign strategy into high-performing digital programs, audiences, landing pages, and conversion paths.

  • Own SEO and emerging AI-search visibility, including technical SEO, content optimization, website structure, and discoverability across traditional and AI-powered search.

  • Build and manage a structured testing program across messaging, creative, audiences, offers, landing pages, and conversion experiences.

  • Own digital marketing performance reporting and connect channel activity to qualified leads, pipeline, bookings, and revenue.

  • Manage the digital marketing technology stack, tracking, attribution, analytics, and integrations in partnership with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations.

  • Manage digital agencies and vendors while maintaining strong internal ownership of strategy, execution, and performance.

  • Leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve campaign optimization, analysis, personalization, testing, and overall marketing efficiency.

How Success Will Be Measured

  • Accuracy and usability of digital marketing performance reporting

  • Speed and effectiveness of testing and optimization

  • Efficient use of marketing technology, automation, and AI

What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, growth marketing, or a related discipline

  • Strong hands-on experience managing paid search, paid social, and other digital advertising programs

  • Demonstrated experience managing meaningful paid media budgets and optimizing investment based on business outcomes

  • Strong understanding of website management, conversion rate optimization, landing pages, UX, and digital buyer journeys

  • Experience with SEO, including technical SEO, content optimization, and emerging AI-search practices

  • Strong digital analytics skills and the ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations and actions

  • Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and related digital marketing tools

  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, attribution, and marketing technology platforms

  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and the relationship between digital marketing, qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue

  • Experience developing structured testing and experimentation programs across audiences, creative, messaging, and conversion experiences

  • Hands-on experience using AI and automation tools to improve digital marketing workflows, analysis, optimization, and execution

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously

  • Ability to communicate marketing performance and recommendations clearly to both marketing and business stakeholders

  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute rather than simply manage the work

Preferred Experience
  • Experience marketing B2B SaaS, industrial technology, IoT, telematics, fleet technology, asset management, or related products

  • Experience marketing to operations, fleet, equipment, or industrial audiences

  • Experience with account-based marketing and digital account targeting

  • Experience with website redesigns, migrations, or major optimization initiatives

  • Familiarity with AI search optimization / GEO

  • Experience working in an organization with both direct sales and partner/channel motions

  • Experience working closely with campaign, content, field marketing, product marketing, and sales teams
