Overview
To provide administrative support for Human Resource functions such as enforcement of policies, procedures, and programs at the location level. To provide support in processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain Associate information in HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now, AOD).
  • Assist with New Hire Onboarding and Orientation.
  • Assist in processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Recruit local talent. Set up and participate in interviews and handle follow up correspondence to candidates.
  • Assist Associates with Human Resource-related requests and questions (i.e., Benefits, Forms, etc.).
  • Coordinate any local Company events and the participation of local community outreach activities.
  • Perform any other project/task as assigned by Management.

Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field, with Human Resource concentration preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • SHRM-CP and/or PHR, a plus.
  • Five (5) years' human resource experience in a manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle personal and confidential information.
  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good computer/systems skills - MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).
  • Knowledge of HRIS and timekeeping preferred.
  • Good cooperation and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail, high energy, self-motivated and self-reliant.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to interact well with all personality types.
