Job description

Position: Adobe Experience Manager Developer

Location: Indianapolis, IN Onsite

Type of Employment: 12+ Months Contract

Max Rate: $50/hr on C2C only.

Role Description:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Website Development, Administrator, security, and deployment management along with other Adobe Experience Platform application.
  • Strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, AEM Components, Templates, Workflows, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, AEM Dynamic Media, and asset pipelines, with understanding of DAM workflows, metadata schemas, and asset processing.
  • Build and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, services, and integrations using AEM, Java, Sling Models, OSGi, JCR, and HTL (Sightly), Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and related front-end frameworks.
  • Implement and support Single Page Applications (SPA) integrated with AEM Headless and traditional AEM architectures.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, business analysts, architects, and content authors to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own and provide end-to-end L3/L4 application support for Adobe Experience Manager, including ticket triage, issue resolution, and user assistance across workflows, and reporting incident management, and root-cause analysis.
  • Design Validate and deploy small to medium configuration and site enhancements to streamline workflow changes across sandbox and production environments and improve usability and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with Adobe team, stakeholders and developers to create and deploy scalable solutions, Proactively identify automation opportunities to reduce manual steps.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and changes, ensuring high availability of the system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, including automated deployment and monitoring compliance with audit and access review requirements.
  • Coordinate hosting configuration, access management, and operational support with Cloud and Manage GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines, and adoption of modern Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and system integration concepts. Knowledge of Service Now and JIRA
