This consultative, analytical role focuses on understanding business challenges, documenting requirements, evaluating workflows and platform capabilities, and recommending fit-for-purpose solutions using Workfront and other approved Adobe tools, automation, integrations, AI-enabled features, and third-party solutions. The ideal candidate combines business analysis, process design, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise platform experience, translating ambiguous needs into scalable, governed solutions from discovery through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and clarify desired outcomes.
  • Document and validate business and technical requirements.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into process flows, requirements documentation, and user stories.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, demos, and decision-making conversations that build alignment across business, technical, and operational stakeholders.
  • Design scalable work management solutions that balance business objectives, user experience, operational efficiency, governance, and platform capabilities.
  • Create solution designs that are clear, practical, supportable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Partner with customers, delivery teams, and technical stakeholders to prioritize requirements, manage backlogs, and support implementation planning.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, governed workflow configurations.
  • Coordinate testing, deployment, adoption, documentation, and post-launch improvement activities.
  • Develop enablement materials, demos, guidance, and communications that help users understand and adopt new work management solutions.
  • Monitor solution performance, adoption, stakeholder feedback, and operational outcomes to identify optimization opportunities and recommend improvements.
  • Provide Tier 2 Workfront support, including diagnosing complex configuration, access, workflow, and reporting issues; resolving root causes; recommending solutions; and coordinating escalations with Adobe Support as needed.
  • Monitor Adobe release notes and roadmap changes to anticipate user impact, inform support readiness, and deliver product demos that highlight opportunities for expanded value.
  • Ensure recommendations align with enterprise governance, security, data quality, and supportability requirements.
  • Assess new capabilities, integrations, automation options, AI-enabled features, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for process optimization and business value.
  • Promote consistent, scalable, and responsible use of enterprise work management capabilities across teams and business units.
  • Partner with the platform team to identify and execute project and data clean-up initiatives, archiving or correcting inactive, outdated, or misconfigured projects.

Required Skills:
  • Experience evaluating platform capabilities and translating business requirements into practical solution designs, implementation recommendations, and user-facing guidance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automation tools, integrations, reporting capabilities, and AI-enabled features.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to lead discovery sessions, explain complex concepts clearly, build alignment, and influence decisions across business and technical audiences.
  • Strong consultation and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience gathering requirements, acting on user feedback, and recommending scalable, governed solutions aligned to enterprise needs.
  • Experience providing Tier 2 platform support, including root cause analysis of complex configuration, access, workflow, and reporting issues, and coordinating effectively with support for escalations.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in ambiguity while managing multiple priorities and driving work from discovery through delivery.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront administration experience in a large, complex enterprise environment with governed configurations, high user volume, and multiple Group Administrators.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, solution design, workflow design, enterprise operations, product operations, platform enablement, or a related field.
