Overview:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience (UX) Engineer with strong front-end development expertise and a passion for creating intuitive, accessible, and high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Vue.js, Laravel (PHP), HTML5, CSS3, and possess a solid understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver seamless digital experiences that meet business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces that deliver outstanding user experiences.
  • Develop and maintain front-end components using Vue.js and integrate them with Laravel-based backends.
  • Ensure all web applications adhere to WCAG accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate designs into functional code.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product design and functionality.
  • Maintain clean, efficient, and reusable code with proper documentation.
  • Stay updated with emerging UX trends, accessibility standards, and front-end technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in front-end engineering or UX development.
  • Strong proficiency in Vue.js (Composition API, Vuex, Router) and Laravel (PHP) framework.
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with WCAG 2.1/2.2 and accessibility implementation for web applications.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Proficiency with version control (Git) and agile development practices.
