Job description

The Adobe Multi-Solution Architect (MSA) will play a vital role in the architecture design, configuration, testing and deployment of Adobe solutions, including Workfront, Fusion, Real Time CDP, Launch, Analytics, Target and Experience Manager, Experience Platform, and Edge Delivery Services. You will work closely with Engineering, Strategy, Sales teams and clients to build state-of-the-art solutions and implementations for our clients.

You will provide best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; you will assist in defining scope and sizing of work; and anchor Proof of Concept developments. You will provide solution architecture for the business problem, platform integration with third party services, designing and developing complex features for clients' business needs.

You will collaborate with some of the best talent globally to create and implement innovative high-quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. You will also contribute in a variety of roles in thought leadership, mentorship, systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation. You will challenge your leading-edge solutions, consultative and business skills through the diversity of work in multiple industry domains.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Design and implement solutions to resolve Marketing or Care based challenges using the Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
  • Assess and audit existing client digital ecosystems to recommend optimizations based on communicated client objectives, proven past successes, and industry best practices
  • Design relevant multi-channel/multi-tactic architecture diagrams/documentation to support the recommended approaches
  • Create 2 to 4-year digital marketing roadmap(s) necessary using a deep understanding of audience segments to drive personalization and targeting
  • Assist with solution project estimation, scope definition, resource allocation and formulating project timelines
  • Code POCs, solutions, integrations and production deliveries in various client projects, using multiple technology stacks including Typescript, Nextjs, Python, Java
  • Extensively use AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, V0 and Vercel during the code development process, and also build innovative agentic tools to automate and optimize Quality, processes and workflows
  • Bring a strong sense of Engineering Excellence, Innovation to the business and teams, and all the software being developed and configured by the teams
  • Oversee the delivery of Best-in-Class multi-channel/multi-tactic digital solutions
  • Recommend management and governance policies using client constraints
  • Implement testing strategies (process, unit, stress, etc.) to validate adherence to specifications
  • Outline key performance objectives and methodologies for measurements of success
  • Effectively engage internal and external technical, C-Suite and senior leadership resources throughout the engagement lifecycle
  • Create internal and external knowledge sharing in the form of blog posts, whitepapers, best practices, methodologies, etc
  • Use AI tools like Claude, Cursor, V0/Vercel to build AI enabled workflows, agents, skills, tools and automation for strong operational efficiencies, automation and intelligent tracking
  • Build innovative solutions and mindset in the team to use AI tools to the maximum to foster innovation in product development and engineering delivery
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 8 to 10 years of engineering experience
  • Adobe Multi-Solution architect and other related certifications
  • Deep technical and architectural experience with multiple Adobe products including Workfront, Fusion, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, Headless), Edge Delivery Services, AEP, RTCDP, Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, Journey Optimizer
  • 4+ years’ experience hands-on implementing and/or managing daily operations with three or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
  • 4+ years’ architecting and implementing complex digital marketing solutions across Site, SEM, Media, Mobile App, and Email for large corporate environments
  • Strong experience in Enterprise architecture, Digital transformation programs, Marketing technology implementations
  • Experience with content management systems, including headless CMS systems like Contentful, Sanity, ContentStack
  • Strong experience in hands-on development in various technology stacks, including Typescript, NextJS, Python, Java
  • Strong experience working with data management systems
  • Experience producing project estimating, scope definition, resource allocation and project timelines in pre-sales and/or migratory environments
  • Hands on experience delivering customer-facing solutions using client-side technologies, server-side programing and server-to-server APIs
  • Strong client facing experience in solutioning, pitching, problem solving. Experience with clients in the US, EU is mandatory

The compensation range for this role is $150,000 – $225,000 and spans multiple levels. We're open to hiring at the level that best matches the right candidate's experience. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, budget, and location.
