 Role: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect

Location: Remote


Experience: 13+ Years Overall | 5+ Years in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe RTCDP, and Adobe Experience Cloud Ecosystem

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Adobe CDP Onsite Specialist who combines the expertise of an Adobe Solution Architect, Hands-on Developer, and Integration Specialist. The individual will serve as the primary onsite lead for the implementation, integration, and activation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Target, AEM, CRM, and other enterprise data sources.

The role requires close collaboration with Business, Marketing, Sales Operations, Data, and IT teams, translating business objectives into scalable customer data and activation solutions while ensuring seamless integration across the ecosystem. The candidate will act as the trusted advisor to stakeholders and own end-to-end solution delivery from discovery through activation and optimization. Responsibilities are aligned with Adobe CDP architecture, integration, data modeling, identity resolution, and cross-platform activation practices referenced across internal Adobe CDP implementation initiatives.

Adobe AEP & RTCDP Solution Architecture

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Real-Time CDP.
  • Define customer, account, and behavioral data models leveraging XDM standards.
  • Design profile schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and profile stitching strategies.
  • Establish governance, privacy, consent management, and data usage frameworks.
  • Review and approve solution designs, architecture decisions, and technical specifications.

Business & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary onsite point of contact for business and IT stakeholders.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops and discovery sessions with Marketing, Digital, Data, Analytics, Sales, and Technology teams.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable Adobe CDP use cases and solution designs.
  • Drive alignment across Marketing, CRM, Commerce, Analytics, Data Engineering, and Security teams.
  • Present architecture, solution recommendations, project status, and implementation roadmaps to senior leadership.
