Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Engineer with 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, test planning, and test automation. This role is ideal for a
quality professional who is passionate about advancing automation practices, improving software quality, and helping drive the evolution of our QA organization across a diverse
portfolio of enterprise applications.
This individual will play a key role in promoting automation best practices, mentoring team members, identifying opportunities to increase automation coverage, and supporting the
QA team's strategic transition toward an automation-first testing approach. The position requires collaboration with developers, business analysts, project managers, and other QA
professionals to ensure high-quality software delivery across multiple enterprise systems.
Responsibilities: The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and reusable test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
  • Lead the expansion of test automation across multiple enterprise applications and identify opportunities to increase automation coverage.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
  • Execute manual and automated functional, regression, integration, system, and end-toend testing.
  • Establish and promote QA automation standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and continuous delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and project managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain automated API, database, UI, and integration tests.
  • Track and report quality metrics, automation coverage, defect trends, and test execution results to project teams and management.
  • Mentor and coach QA team members on automation tools, scripting techniques, and testing best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews for automated test scripts to ensure maintainability and adherence to standards.
  • Continuously improve testing processes to reduce manual effort and increase testing efficiency.
  • Support performance, load, and security testing initiatives as required.
  • Maintain test data, and automation assets.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and automated test scripts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software releases meet quality standards and business expectations.
  • Stay current with emerging QA methodologies, automation frameworks, AI-assisted testing tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills :
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a quickly changing environment with strict deadlines
  • Strong SQL skills, Oracle and SQL Server databases
  • Knowledge of, UI Path test manager, Azure Devops, and Jira
