Responsibilities:
• Custom Development
• CRM-specific ABAP Enhancements: Development of CRM-specific applications and enhancements using CRM-specific function modules, classes, and BADIs (Business Add-Ins).
• Enhancements & Modifications: Implement user exits, BADI, and enhancement spots to modify standard CRM functionality to meet business needs without altering core code.
• SmartForms/Adobe Forms: Design and develop CRM-specific forms (e.g., invoices, contracts, quotes) using SmartForms or Adobe Forms.
• Data Model & Structure Customization
• BOL Programming: Utilize the Business Object Layer (BOL) to access CRM data models and handle business logic at the object level.
• GenIL Programming: Work with the Generic Interaction Layer (GenIL) to integrate and manipulate CRM data, ensuring effective communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• One Order Framework: Develop and customize functionalities based on the One Order Framework for handling objects like activities, leads, opportunities, and service orders.
