Job description

As an Adobe Enterprise Architect, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients evaluate and optimize their marketing architecture, specifically focusing on Adobe solutions and related systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, and then develop a strategic roadmap to enhance their use of Adobe Marketing technology. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future vision for our clients' marketing initiatives, ensuring they maximize the value of their investments in Adobe solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' existing marketing architecture, including systems connected to Adobe.
  • Collaborate with clients to define their business objectives and use cases, translating them into actionable recommendations and solutions.
  • Lead architecture design sessions and workshops with clients, providing thought leadership and best practices.
  • Design and develop a NorthStar Architecture based on the clients' existing architecture, use cases and Adobe best practices.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions using Adobe Marketing technology, such as Adobe Experience Platform, RTCDP, Target, Campaign, Experience Manager, Analytics, Journey Optimizer, and Journey Analytics.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Adobe Marketing technology, sharing knowledge and insights with clients and colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in architecting solutions using Adobe Marketing technology, with a focus on Adobe Experience Platform, RTCDP, Target, Campaign, Experience Manager, Analytics, Journey Optimizer, and Journey Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts and strategies, with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a consulting environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Adobe certification(s) in relevant technologies.
