As a UI/UX Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing and building user-focused websites and web applications that seamlessly blend visual appeal with robust functionality. Your day-to-day work will involve conducting in-depth user research, developing wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes, and translating these designs into clean, production-ready front-end code. You will be expected to ensure that every digital experience you create is accessible, responsive, and optimized for performance across all devices. Collaborating closely with product managers, backend engineers, and marketing teams, you will help align your designs with broader business objectives and user needs.

To excel in this role, you should be proficient with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or the Adobe Creative Suite, and possess a strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular will be essential, as will familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Responsibilities:

Ensure websites and web applications are fully responsive, fast-loading, and compliant with accessibility standards (WCADA/WCAG).

Collaborate closely with product managers, backend engineers, and marketing teams to align design solutions with business objectives.

Utilize design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite to create high-fidelity UI/UX assets.

Implement and maintain front-end solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).

Employ version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and document code changes.

Apply strong problem-solving skills and user-centered design principles to deliver seamless and engaging digital experiences.

Requirements:

• US Citizen (Dual Citizens accepted if they have an active clearance)

• Active Secret Clearance Required

• Possession of Security+ or equivalent

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Development Languages: Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, Java, and JavaScript.

Frameworks: Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.

Version Control: Familiarity with Git or other version control systems, ideally GitLab.
