Position Overview: 

BLN24 is seeking a QA Engineer to support the development and maintenance of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms applications, including customer-facing forms and notice generation systems. This role is responsible for ensuring software quality through both manual and automated testing across the SDLC. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases for AEM Forms applications and notice generation solutions 

  • Perform manual testing (functional, exploratory, regression) to validate form behavior, data capture, and generated outputs 

  • Validate end-to-end workflows, including form submission, data processing, and notice/document generation (e.g., PDFs, correspondence) 

  • Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts where applicable 

  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing 

  • Perform end-to-end testing, including functional, regression, integration, UAT, API, and Section 508 accessibility testing 

  • Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and business stakeholders to define test requirements and ensure alignment with business rules 

  • Identify, document, and track defects; support triage and resolution efforts 

  • Analyze application components to determine automation opportunities and improve test coverage 

  • Support test data creation, including validation of data-driven outputs and templates 

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance 

  • 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing 

  • Experience testing web-based applications, preferably with AEM Forms or similar form-based/enterprise document solutions 

  • Experience validating dynamic forms, workflows, and generated documents (e.g., PDFs, notices, correspondence) 

  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and Cucumber (academic or project experience acceptable) 

  • Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or similar 

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) 

  • Familiarity with Agile development practices, including TDD and/or BDD 

  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira) 

  • Basic understanding of code quality and coverage tools (e.g., SonarQube, JUnit, JaCoCo) 

  • Knowledge of accessibility testing standards (Section 508/WCAG), especially for forms 
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AEM Forms modules (Adaptive Forms, Workflows) 

  • Experience testing data-driven templates and business rules for notice generation 

  • Familiarity with JavaScript testing frameworks (e.g., Mocha, Jest, Jasmine, Karma) 

  • Experience validating APIs and working with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation 

  • Experience developing unit tests and supporting developer testing practices
