Job description

Job Summary:
Adobe is a leader in creative, document, and experience technology, empowering a diverse range of creators and brands. The Creative Architect role involves working with enterprise customers to develop AI services, prototype solutions, and enhance creative workflows using Adobe's suite of tools.
Responsibilities:
• Act like a product manager for the customer. Understand what they need, think about how to improve the product, and bring that perspective back inside consistently.
• Immerse yourself fully in client workflows. Step into the role of the designer, the marketer, the filmmaker and produce the outputs. Don't just evaluate — use the tools deeply enough to hit real friction, anticipate needs, surface edge cases, and find the errors.
• Prototype quickly. Code quickly to drive alignment internally and with customers, then harden experiences with quality engineering practices for Adobe's client platforms.
• Participate and guide discovery workshops. Identify high-value use cases, define and scope technical architectures, and translate customer needs into credible, impact-focused solutions.
• Create compelling technical demos. Ideate next-generation creative workflows using Adobe APIs, Firefly Services, Creative Cloud, and AI capabilities — then script, produce, and deliver the demos yourself. Represent Adobe as required at industry events, advisory boards, and executive forums.
• Partner with internal engineering and research teams. Imagine and build with existing and emerging technologies, including generative AI models, LLMs, and modern web infrastructure.
• Influence Adobe's product roadmap. Bring real market signal back inside from customers, partners, and the field.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 7+ years of professional experience building and deploying web applications or interactive experiences, preferably in the creative tools domain.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise creative production workflows across M&E, brand, and agency environments — including image, video, audio, motion, and experiential content pipelines.
• Full-stack development proficiency: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, HTML, CSS on the front end; Python, Java, Go, or C++ on the back end.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications and the ability to produce and edit your own demos using Premiere Pro, Photoshop, AEM, Workfront, Frame.io, and Express.
• Exposure to generative AI models, text-to-image systems, and LLMs.
• Analytical and strategic problem solver with strong executive presence and the communication skills to make complex technical ideas land in a boardroom.
• Customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and biased toward action.
• High EQ, low ego, extreme ownership mentality, and genuine curiosity about what comes next.
• Flexibility to travel across the continental US and internationally.
• BS or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
• API tooling, low-code connectors, and AWS or Azure deployments a plus.
• Familiarity with WASM, WebGPU, or canvas rendering a bonus.
Company:
Adobe is a software company that provides its users with digital marketing and media solutions. Founded in 1982, the company is headquartered in San Jose, USA, with a team of 10001+ employees. The company is currently Late Stage.
