AEM Cloud Administrator – JD
- Solid hands-on experience (8+ Years) with Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) Development – Deep expertise in schema design, technical workflows, and advanced campaign orchestration.
- Scripting & Automation – Proficiency in JavaScript, and SOAP/REST APIs for workflow automation and data integrations.
- Instance Configuration & Performance Tuning – Ability to optimize Adobe Campaign instances, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement best practices.
- Deep expertise in delivery templates, typologies, and campaign execution logic.
- Experience integrating Adobe Campaign with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of campaign automation, email marketing, and customer segmentation.
- Hands-on experience/knowledge with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email template customization.
- Troubleshoot campaign execution issues, deliverability problems, and workflow errors.
- Design, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign.
- Work with data teams to integrate Adobe Campaign with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
