Job description

The Admissions Outreach Coordinator is appointed by and reports directly to the Director Admissions. The Admissions Outreach Coordinator works with the Director of Admissions to initiate, promote, and coordinate efforts which positively reflect the image and reputation of the school to attract the best students for SFHS.

The Admissions Outreach Coordinator performs all duties and responsibilities in a professional manner and acts in accordance with the policies, procedures, and mission of St. Francis High School. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Recruitment Strategy & Community Outreach
    • Assist in developing and implementing student recruitment strategies with the Director of Admissions.
    • Represent and participate in recruitment outreach opportunities (i.e., community, school fairs, etc.) to increase awareness of SFHS.
    • Support initiatives that strengthen enrollment growth and community awareness.
    • Provide communications to partner schools regarding student achievement.
  • School, Parish & Community Partnerships
    • Network, build and maintain relationships with partner schools, churches, and community organizations.
    • Coordinate and execute outreach visits and communication with school and parish leaders.
    • Foster partnerships that support long-term student recruitment efforts.
  • Parent Ambassador Program Development
    • Develop and coordinate the Parent Ambassador Team.
    • Organize parent involvement opportunities to support admissions and outreach initiatives.
    • Equip parent ambassadors with communication tools and event information.
  • Events & Admissions Representation
    • Organize and coordinate community engagement events, including parades, camps, and local activities.
    • Manage and promote SFHS athletic middle school nights.
    • Assist with admissions event planning.
    • Attend and coordinate assigned admissions events, implementing event logistics and activities; event attendance expectations are outlined in supplemental event schedule
  • Communications, Marketing & Administrative Support
    • Support admissions marketing and communication initiatives.
    • Assist with promotional materials, outreach communication, and event messaging.
    • Provide administrative and organizational support for outreach and admissions activities.
  • Serve as co-moderator of the Student Ambassador Leadership Team (SALT)
  • Serve as member of the Admissions Team
  • Performs other duties as requested by the Director of Admissions.
  • Develops school climate.
  • The Admissions Operations Manager acts publicly and privately, at all times, in an appropriate personal and professional manner consistent with employment in a Catholic High School.
