Graduate Admissions Assistant, Graduate College

Hours: This is a part-time, non-benefited position (maximum of 20 hours/week)

Context of the Job:
The Graduate College has an opening for a miscellaneous wage position which will support our graduate admissions team.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Enter data and maintain records in the Slate CRM
  • Oversee query management and auditing responsibilities
  • Utilize reports & system modules in CRM for tracking inquiries & application materials
  • Respond to emails using CRM automation and Inbox system
  • Assist with on-campus and virtual events (registration & materials, check-in etc.)
  • Scan and upload documents
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with analyzing large datasets and summarizing information in a way understandable to a range of audiences
  • Demonstration of attention to detail, analytical skills, and a focus on organization and accuracy
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams), and Google Suite
  • Ability to prioritize work requirements and handle multiple assignments or tasks
  • Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Demonstration of a service-oriented mindset
  • Experience with maintaining confidentiality
  • Familiarity with CRMs systems if possible
