Job description

Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Duration: 12 Weeks with possibility of extension
Location: 100 South Main Street, Smyrna, DE 19977
Shift hours: Start time: 8 am (8 hour shift/40 hours weekly)
Position Summary:
To support call handling transitions to all departments in hospital home health, which has full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of care to the patients.
Politely answer, track and direct incoming calls as appropriate to caregivers in a timely, courteous, and respectful manner.
Greet visitors, direct to hosts as appropriate and direct package deliveries to the materials management coordinator. Accept mail delivery for distribution and facilitate mail readiness for pick up.
Support operations patient and caregiver communications and mass mailings for patient delivery.
To support call handling transitions to all departments in hospital Home Health, which has full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of care to the patients.
