Job description

Hiring a team member to manage our day-to- day office operations. This is a part time role , the hours are Monday through Thursday from 8-4. I am looking for candidate who is QuickBooks efficient and has construction billing experience. The role will require customer relations so customer service experience is also a requirement. Core duties include greeting clients in person and over the phone, assisting with scheduling and service requests, organizing and filing current and past due projects, working with accounting departments from other companies to bill and collect payment, ordering supplies etc. I am looking to fill the role ASAP so please feel free to reach out to schedule an interview.
