We at Redeemer Lutheran Early Childcare and Learning Center are seeking an Assistant Teacher who is an enthusiastic, energetic, and caring individual with a heart for working with young children. Responsibilities:
Support and demonstrate God's love to all children and families.
Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and routines.
Help implement age-appropriate lessons and learning experiences.
Supervise children to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
Partner with families to support each child's growth and development.
Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administrators.
Assist with classroom organization and management.
Requirements:
A love for working with and nurturing young children.
Prior childcare or classroom experience preferred but not required.
Enrollment in or completion of Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus but not required.
Reliable transportation.
Dependable, patient, and team-oriented attitude.
Willingness to learn and grow within an early childhood setting.
