Job Summary
We are seeking a Homecare Administrator to join our team! As the Homecare Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations and activities of the Homecare operation, including supervising all programs and activities within the office and working closely with other members of the team to ensure everyone is compliant with state and federal regulations. You will also handle payables and receivables for the Agency, employee payroll, Staff Visit Log/Reporting, Ensure EVV compliance and management, and staff scheduling. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrable experience in management, and a familiarity with federal and state regulations when it comes to group homes and social services.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the homecare Agency
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure all needs are being met
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, as well as staff payroll
  • Handle scheduling, basic HR, and interviewing, as needed
  • Ensure EVV compliance and visit log
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience with management desired
  • Strong familiarity with regulations on homecare agency desired
  • Experience with payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and backend office management desired
