Are you a Manager of Healthcare Administrative Services in the Anaheim, CA area seeking a great career opportunity? Summary:

Responsible for managing the Administrative Services operations within a busy Centralized Billing Office. Establishes procedures and monitors daily operational performance. Plans and supervises the implementation of daily activities and monthly goals.


Essential Functions:

  • Plans and supervises the implementation of daily activities for assigned personnel including the eligibility, liens, correspondence, billing, account reconciliation, client services, outside business attorney billing and all other support functions within the unit.
  • Controls hiring and development for all positions within the assigned group.
  • Accountable for quality of work completed and group performance on a monthly basis.
  • Special projects coordination as needed


Shift: Monday-Friday / 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
