We are a growing construction company seeking a Front Desk Coordinator amp; Executive Assistant to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is essential in providing administrative support, managing daily operations, assisting with bookkeeping tasks, and supporting company executives.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain office organization, including filing and supply inventory.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking in QuickBooks.
