Job description

CITITRENDS is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented communicator to join our Store Operations team as a Store Communications & Administrative Coordinator.
This corporate/hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping teams connected, ensuring information flows clearly and consistently, and supporting the day-to-day operations that help our stores and field leaders stay aligned.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage the dissemination of operational updates, memos, directives, and communications to stores and field leadership.
  • Develop, proofread, and coordinate store communication materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update company directories and organizational contact information.
  • Maintain operational records, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a centralized library of Store Operations, Loss Prevention, and Human Resources policies in the store communications platform.
  • Manage Associate recognition program across stores organization.
  • Coordinate business card requests and distribution for corporate and field associates.
  • Manage departmental expense reports and oversee expense submissions through Navan.
  • Create and coordinate travel itineraries for meetings, conferences, and operational events.
  • Track District Manager mileage submissions and coordinate company vehicle replacement activities.
  • Manage Office Depot account administration and office supply ordering.
  • Support store communication calendars and maintain communication archives.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, presentations, and leadership communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for operational leadership.
  • Support labor and process improvement initiatives through communication planning and change management activities.
  • Coordinate special projects assigned by the Director of Labor & Process Improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong editing, proofreading, and presentation development skills.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of administrative, communications, or operational support experience.
  • Retail or multi-unit field support experience preferred.
