Job description

Georgia Military College's Main Campus is currently accepting applications for a part-time Administrative Coordinator. The Administrative Coordinator oversees administrative support functions, coordinates staff efforts, and supports the efficient day-to-day operation of the campus. This position serves as a liaison between the campus and Main Campus Administrative Offices, assists with operational reporting, and supports special projects to help ensure campus operations run smoothly.
As a part-time employee, the Administrative Coordinator may work up to 19 hours per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate administrative support activities and campus operations under the direction of the Director.Assist with planning, organizing, and communicating campus initiatives and priorities.
  • Coordinate communications and operational efforts between the campus and Main Campus Administrative Offices.
  • Compile reports, maintain records, and assist with data collection and analysis to support operational decision-making.
  • Perform special projects and other administrative duties as assigned by the Director.
  • Coordinate with the Administrative & Budget Director to ensure guidance and initiatives from the Main Campus Administrative Team are implemented consistently.
  • Maintain organized administrative records and ensure documentation is current and accessible.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors while supporting daily campus operations.
