Administrative Associate

Job Description: Performs various administrative tasks that require creativity and independent, discretionary judgment to meet the needs of the Environmental Services Department, its manager, and the Director of Facilities Management.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. At least two to three years secretarial experience, preferably in a healthcare setting with proven organizational skills and proficiency with computers. Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

Regular standard hours per week: 30. Schedule: Part-time (2 - 39 hours). Shift details: 9:00am to 3:00pm.
