The successful candidate will assist in managing administrative initiatives, customer quote entry, coordinating trade show materials, supporting marketing efforts, and utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to improve efficiency and create business content.

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative initiatives effectively and efficiently.
  • Assist with customer quote entry and ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate materials and logistics for trade shows.
  • Support marketing efforts through various channels.
  • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to enhance efficiency and create business content.
