Base Salary:

$60,000 - $70,000 CAD (dependent on experience)


The Client:

Our client is an established private wealth management practice within a leading Canadian financial institution, providing highly personalized wealth management services to successful individuals, families, business owners and organizations. With a long-standing presence in the industry, the team takes an integrated approach to investment management, wealth planning, estate and succession considerations, and complex financial needs. Known for its collaborative and relationship-driven culture, the practice brings together experienced advisory and administrative professionals who work closely to deliver exceptional, long-term client service.


What you will achieve in this role:

  • Manage daily administrative and operational workflows for a fast-paced wealth management team.
  • Monitor debit, delinquency, rejection, exception, restricted account, and outstanding documentation items.
  • Process and track money movement requests, including contributions, withdrawals, EFTs, wires, cheques, and in-kind transfers.
  • Support account maintenance, address changes, client profile updates, and other service requests.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on client documentation, including letters of authorization and account-related forms.
  • Support registered account requests, including RESP withdrawals.
  • Assist with estate-related administration and documentation follow-up.
  • Track approvals, compliance requirements, and outstanding items to ensure requests are completed accurately and on time.
  • Generate and distribute recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Communicate professionally with advisors, clients, internal teams, and support partners.
  • Provide backup office administration and reception support as required.


What you must bring to this role:

  • 3-7 years of experience in administration, operations, client service, coordination, banking, wealth management, or a professional office environment.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong accountability and follow-through, with the ability to take ownership of recurring processes and urgent requests.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills with a strong client service mindset.
  • Sound judgment and comfort handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Experience within wealth management, banking, financial services, legal, or another process-driven professional environment is considered an asset.
  • CIRO-related knowledge or industry credentials are considered an asset but are not required.
  • Comfortable working primarily onsite in downtown Edmonton.
