The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to office operations by handling routine clerical tasks, organizing schedules, and assisting various departments to ensure efficient workflow.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Six months to one year of administrative experience
or
Education: Associate's degree
Experience: Three to six months of administrative experience, with proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
Travel: 0-5%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Assist in filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Support team members with administrative requests as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
