POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities to support leadership in facilitating the efficient operation of the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Promote, demonstrate and instill ATC/Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
• Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking and assisting with follow-up on collections
• Process purchase requests and track shipping orders
• Provide data entry support
• Assist General Manager with reporting; including reconciliation and closeouts
• Support all aspects of customer service (phone calls, emails, etc.)
• Provide administrative support to other departments as required
• Serve as back-up support for Administrative Team during PTO and absences
• Other administrative duties as assigned
WORKING CONDITION/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Working indoors in office environment
SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Able to effectively communicate with other employees and supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• H.S. diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
