What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant II? You'll be:

  • Coordinating and contracting with builders, developers, and contractors for natural gas service to new developments.
  • Supporting the development and coordination of project plans alongside project manager(s).
  • Scheduling, organizing, and facilitating various meetings, including preparing and distributing agendas and minutes.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of project status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Preparing and analyzing reports to support business planning and tracking.
  • Using independent judgment to recommend effective reporting methods and techniques.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, customers, builders, and developers.
  • Managing and executing special projects while maintaining confidential files and sensitive information.
  • Participating in staff meetings and documenting discussions and action items in detail.
  • Visiting construction sites as required.
  • Handling other administrative and business operations tasks as assigned.
