Location: MCS (SOS Office) 505 East Columbus Ave Springfield
Hours: Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (30 hours per week)
Pay Range: $20.50 - $20.50
Responsibilities
Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide receptionist, clerical, and administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, demonstrate professionalism when interacting with the public, and be comfortable working with a diverse population. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Essential Responsibilities
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Greet and assist visitors and clients
• Provide general clerical and administrative support
• Manage correspondence, filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Maintain accurate records and office files
• Assist staff with administrative tasks as needed
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
